kiosk settings naming inconsistency

Hello

The documentation says that CustomizePanel (in panel) and various 
CustomizeXXX  (in session) are the config names to work with in the 
kiosk file.

However the panel code calls xfce_kiosk_query with CustomizePanel and 
session with just the XXX names without the Customize prefix

One of them or the documentation is wrong, since setting up Session 
kiosk according to docs does not work.

testing on 4.2.2 but it looks like it is the same in the svn 4.2 branch
