xfdesktop window icons update

Hi all,

I just implemented support to drag window icons around on the desktop in
xfdesktop trunk.  If you have a chance and are interested, please try it
out and let me know how it works for you.  There are likely some bugs
here and there, and it would be nice to get them ironed out ^_^.
