panel crash fix in 4.2.3?

Hello

The NEWS file for xfce4-panel in svn says

- Fix crash in settings dialog when settings could not be saved (Benedikt)

I am using 4.2.2 and the panel sometimes crashes but I cannot reproduce 
it and I was wondering if it is the same bug as hinted to above. Is 
there a bugzilla entry for it? Also where is the fix, as the only change 
I notice since 4.2.2 in the panel code is for

"- Remove button insensitivity after click, because it doesn't play well 
with newer versions of gtk (Jasper)"
