4.2.3.2 should be released shortly.

Hi all,

The fix for an old bug introduced by revision r16064 back in june was
never backported to the 4.2 branch.

As a result, the setting manager for xfwm4 does not work in 4.2.3.1. We
should release 4.2.3.2 shortly.
