Thunar 0.1.4 and libexo 0.3.1.1 pre-alpha releases

Hi,

I have been using Thunar and I like it. Very nice job.

It's good to get more testers to hopefully prepare the release for Xfce 4.4.

I hope to contribute some translations to Portuguese until 4.4 or if nobody
does that earlier.
