Xfce 4.2.3.1 to be released instead of 4.2.3

Am I right that the only changed tarballs are xfwm4 and libxfce4util?
Because my Ports for FreeBSD are using the Version for getting the URL
(4.2.3 results in http://www.us.xfce.org/archive/xfce-4.2.3/src/,
4.4.4 would result in ttp://www.us.xfce.org/archive/xfce-4.4.4/src/ and
so on)
That means I would take xfwm4 4.2.3.1 and libxfce4util 4.2.3.1 out of
xfce-4.2.3.1/src, and the rest out of xfce-4.2.3/src - Is that ok?
