Hi all

Xfce 4.2.3 is available from the following URL, for mirros to sync:

http://www.xfce.org/archive/xfce-4.2.3/

Please note that this is *not* the official release. It will be
announced later, once the release notes are ready, the files uploaded to
sf.net, etc.
