Xfce 4.2.3 on its way...

Hi all,

Xfce 4.2.3 is on its way to the final release.

It would help much if every developer could prepare a small change log
for his part of the code and post it to this list (following the style
of this one http://www.xfce.org/release_notes/4.2.2_changelog.html) in
plain text (no need for HTML)

Like, for example:

component name:
      * fix mouse buttons being left ungrabbed when focus was transfered
        to an unmanaged window,
      * document hidden option "workspace_scroll" (#948),
      * various focus issues (#759, #869, #899, #905, #924, #931),
      * etc.
