Private functions?

There are several fixmes in the docs, as well as a complete lack of
docs for netk and the session management functions, just for the stuff
I know is missing.

Alrighty. libxfcegui4/libxfcegui4.h is the official header, and I'm
fairly certain that it includes some symbols that are intended as
private. But I can probably figure it out.
