[PATCH] Desktop file validation for Xffm

Hi Edscott,

In these days, I've been digging into desktop files by reaching the
conclusion that it should be fixed that there'are many mis-categorized
applications at desktop menu, including not only Xfce but also GNOME,
etc. apps.

This patch is based on spec. desktop entry 0.9.4, desktop menu 0.9,
fixes validation error at an attached log, modifies order, adds few
keys, shortens GenericName for Xftree.

If there's consensus on writing a desktop file in Xfce dev. team, you
can modify it.

P.S. I've installed samba 3.0.14a finally, will report encoding related
problem if it exists.
