Run dialog enhancement

Dear All,

I have attached a patch that adds tab key command completion support.
This works only for commands and not for files yet. The startup time
has increased a bit, but I display the dialog as soon as possible. It
will remain inactive till the executables list gets filled up.
Subsequent runs are quicker, depending on the OS disk cache ;-)

I was also thinking of adding file name completion on TAB key and
tilde expansion. It would also be nice to display an icon of the app
selected to run. If some of you are interested, I can work on it.
Plese provide your comments.

I have borrowed code from gnome-run. Please apply.
