4.2.1 schedule proposal

Hi all,

I think it's time to give the world a new release of Xfce 4.2

I think Sunday 13th would be a good candidate. That leaves a week to get
things up before the maintenance release.

Every change should be committed by Saturday 12th 18:00 CET so I can
prepare official source packages, tag CVS, etc. and mirrors can be
updated before the final release on Sunday.

Does that sound reasonable for you?
