I had missed adding language codes (fa, hi, ne), it's first time
to see such a gigantic language, that's great ;)

Please take a look at the following (as far as I know just three)
cases,
Xfglob.desktop
Name=File find utility
Name[es]=Utilería de búsqueda
Name[fr]=Recherche sur disque
Name[ja]=ファイル検索ユーティリティ
Name[ko]=화일 검색 도구
Comment=File find utility
Comment[es]=Búsqueda de archivos
Comment[fr]=Recherche de fichiers
Comment[ja]=ファイル検索ユーティリティです
Comment[ko]=화일 검색 도구
By the way, 'Name=File find utility' has extra trailer space,
(so actually "File find utility ") is it also your intention?
Xfmime_edit.desktop
Name=Mime-icon editor
Name[es]=Editor de iconos tipo mime
Name[fr]=Editeur de types MIME et icônes associées
Name[ja]=MIME アイコンエディタ
Name[ko]=마임-아이콘 편집기
Comment=Mime-icon editor
Comment[es]=Editor de iconos tipo mime
Comment[fr]=Gestion des types MIME
Comment[ja]=MIME アイコンエディタです
Comment[ko]=마임-아이콘 편집기
xfce-filemanager-settings.desktop
Comment=File Manager Settings
Comment[et]=Failihalduri seaded
Comment[fi]=Tiedostonhallinnan asetukset
Comment[fr]=Paramétrage du gestionnaire de fichiers
Comment[he]=הגדרות מנהל הקבצים
Comment[ja]=ファイルマネージャの設定を行います
Comment[ko]=화일 관리자 설정
Comment[nl]=Instellingen voor bestandsbeheer
Comment[ru]=Настройки файлового менеджера
Comment[zh_TW]=設定檔案管理程式
GenericName=File Manager Settings
GenericName[es]=Manejador de archivos
GenericName[et]=Failihalduri seaded
GenericName[fi]=Tiedostonhallinnan asetukset
GenericName[ja]=ファイルマネージャ設定
GenericName[ko]=화일 관리자 설정
GenericName[nl]=Instellingen Bestandsbeheer
GenericName[ru]=Настройки файлового менеджера
As above, you'd notice translators don't always follow the original
English, sometimes having different translation for their needs. I
don't know what kind of intention there is, but please re-consider
if it isn't require, the must.
Also, you might think it's redundant creating a new PO file has less
than 10 strings, but I think it'll be effective, especially on
modifying an original string i.e. if you'll change string, it'll been
reflected immediately via intltool in PO files, otherwise you have no
way letting translators know your modifying other than posting ML or
it'll be checked translator (including me) themselves.

I've restored whole obsolete translation in the each PO files,
migrated translations in desktop files to those files, fixed
error (msgid "%ld xxx" : msgstr "%l xxx", msgid "%s xxx" : msgstr
"xxx"), it's really large (tar bzip2, 278k). Well, can I send a
mail to you directly?
PS. A results.patch is just showing there's no lack of translation.
Regards,
