Starting apps on the correct desktop with S/N

Hmm, I added it to xfce_exec(), and it doesn't seem to do anything.
I've verified that it's getting the correct active workspace, and then I
switch to another workspace, and it appears on the new workspace instead
of the old one.  At least this is for launching bot Xfmedia and
Terminal, both which should support SN properly.  Is there anything
special that needs to be done on the "launchee" side?
