I think Arabica (I think Arabiga with a g is Spanish, in English and Latin
it's spelled with a c. Lat: Coffea Arabica) is a very good contender as a
name for a server, as Edscott pointed out.

Most coffee you'd buy is a blend of the two types, usually with more of
the latter. Arabica is like the single malt of coffee. Arabica beans used
to be named after the port they were exported from, such as Java and
Mocha.

However, even though Robusta is considered the more vulgar of the two, not
all Robustas are low priced; the Kopi Luwak coffee from Indonesia is a
kind of Robusto that's been passed through the digestive system of some
kind of cat-like animal. The locals gather the beans by hand from its
feces. The enzymes in the animals stomach gives the coffee a distinctive
flavour. I have yet to try this type of coffee myself, however.
