window movement between desktops

The functionality I'm talking about:
While moving a window with the mouse (holding the WM decorations/title
bar/etc) within a workspace, hit Alt+X to move (while carrying window)
to workspace/desktop X.

Another rewording attempt: holding a window (moving it) should not
affect (disable) my ability to change desktops.

I did find the hotkeys to move the current window to desktop X
(ctrl+alt+numpad_X
) and it changes to that workspace as well, but that's not what I'm
looking for. (though a good substitute for now =] )
