weird screen border problem on 4.2

It should work if you put your mouse 1 pixel off the edge ;) Not sure I 
can easily find out if the mouse moves to the xfwm4 window or to 
somthing else... I expect all kinds of weird issues like panel unhiding 
after switching desktops with the mouse ;-)

I have left the relevant bug report open, but this is not a high 
priority bug for me.
