ANNOUNCE: Mousepad 0.1.1

Announcing Mousepad 0.1.1, an extremely lightweight text editor for Xfce.

Mousepad features a straightforward interface, strong support for
various character sets, and pretty printing of various document types
through Xfprint.

This is a bugfix release to the 0.1.0 release, based on comments by
Benedict Muerer. This is the last release before I do a serious
rewrite and refactor, all existing users are encouraged to upgrade.

New fixes since 0.1.0:
 * Biggest change, mousepad now works with xfprint stable
 * System wide config files now work properly

Known issues:
 * The mousepad.pot file is likely to be incomplete
