Interesting. So, mkinstalldirs is special for Xfce? Unless
glib-gettextize has been modified to provide the changed
mkinstalldirs, then can the modified mkinstalldirs be provided in the
toolchain on the xfce website.
I'm trying to match the "official" toolchain here for mousepad.
