Current CVS (xfce4-panel)

The "configure" script from xfce4-panel has gone AWOL in the current CVS
since the 4.2.0 release. I've tried to rebuild it but I get a syntax error
in the generated script. Can someone either regenerate it in the
repository, or list the correct sequence of procedures to do so locally
(and the required version of autotools)?
