Transparent unfocused windows.

Greetings XFce4 developers,

First of all I would like to thank you for all the hard and Great work
that you have done on the new XFce4.2, I hope you will never get tired
doing such a great work :)

Now back to the subject, I always wanted to have transparent windows,
and now with your work on the compositor extension I easily modified
some source code to have transparent settings for unfocused windows.

The attached patch modifies the
events.c
focus.c
settings.c
settings.h

files, and with this patch you will be able to define an opacity value
for unfocused windows by adding the following argument to the
~/.config/xfce4/xfwm4/xfwm4rc file:
unfocused_opacity=50

I'm not a very good programmer in the C language, so please correct me
if I have done something wrong, but right now for me everything seems
fine and works fine too, so it should work for you too.

Please note that this patch was created from the XFce-4.2.0 source tree.

I hope this patch (or another one related to this subject) will somehow
make to the next source tree.
