VOTE: Move Xfcalendar to xfce-utils?

Well, I don't know (yet) what to say about this.
I aim to have xfcalendar more like KOrganizer/Evolution by xfce 4.4, and
Juha looks to be motivated to work on the project.
So I don't know if this should be core/util or app :-) (while I think it
should be core).

PS: Those who were on #xfce-dev see that I'm too lazy to write twice the
same thing :-)
