What are the objectives for Xfce 4.4?

Unless some real-world action is taken, then this too will be a failed 
attempt.

I notice that Olivier has had nothing to say on this ... would 
appreciate hearing what his opinion is.

If the devs are agreed on this approach, then we need to agree on and 
then document our proposed objectives (or, alternatively, our proposed 
freeze date) and then start planning accordingly.
