does anyone know why xfdesktop chooses to draw to a window infront of the root window, and not directly onto the root window? this makes conky and other programs that want to draw to the root window really unhappy, and seems kinda odd in general. just like to hear the reason why not using the root window was chosen. -- If it moves, COMPILE IT!!!
