xfce4-perl + xfce4-panel

Instead of sleeping, I just wrote perl bindings for libxfce4panel, so
you can now write xfce panel plugins in perl. It's kinda nifty. If you
want to try it out, grab xfce4-perl from SVN and let me know how it goes.
There's a sample plugin in t/XfcePanelPlugin.pl. To test it, edit
t/xfce4-perl-test.desktop to point to the proper location of your
XfcePanelPlugin.pl file, and copy it to
$prefix/share/xfce4/panel-plugins/. You should be able to do something
similar to test your own plugins.
Of course this requires a recent version of the SVN panel as well.
