Did you bother to read the next few sentences?

"A little searching on Google reveals that the lethargic boot is due to
a setting in the OpenSolaris kernel to make it more stable. The kernel
boots with DEBUG turned on. The developers of BeleniX are testing
turning off debug selectively for a couple of modules. Their tests show
a reduction of about 2.5 minutes."

Xfce only takes a few seconds to load on that kind of hardware.  The
slow boot time is Solaris' fault.
