Missing XFCE_TYPE_FRAMEBOX macro

GtkAlignment couldn't do padding before 2.4. XfceFramebox is just a 
convenience widget for this, that also makes sure everyone uses the same 
indentation. It's a good use oflibxfcegui, I think.
