Actually, some nifty javascript (whatever) would probably work wonders, with a
tooltip with the name of the person when you mouse over a dot.

Then again, I'm not a javascript/web developer (even my HTML is limited to
tables and such), so I don't have any clue how hard this would be, so feel
free to ridicule =)
