"package manager " becomes "InstallIt"

Hi all.

As you can guess from the title we finally made a decision concerning
the name of the project. It will be the same Benny already used for his
installer: InstallIt.

Thanks to Auke, we have now set up the infrastructure and can start
development. Here's some information about places to meet us and stuff.
