XfceAboutDialog missing getter and setter

I've been thinking about a couple of issues for a while now. The 
addition of the Thunar File Manager and a desktop based on Thunar is a 
big change for Xfce, as is the new panel plug-in API. There are also 
several issues mentioned on the list in the recent past which have not 
been resloved. These include:

* reducing the number of SVN modules to a more easily manageable number
* reducing the number of distributable Xfce packages
* Xfce's future direction.
* the odd naming of libxfcegui4
* Unneccesary widgets, such as XfceAboutDialog
* Whether to depending on GTK+ 2.6

and I'm sure there are a few more I've forgotton. Giving Xfce with 
Thunar a version number of 5.0 would allow us the address several of 
these outstanding issues without breaking API/ABI for version 4.x.
