svn checkout/update installer script

Hey all - just wanted to let you know I just put 0.3.0 of the script up
there:
http://spuriousinterrupt.org/projects/xfce4/files/xfce4svn.sh

I added libexo, thunar, terminal, and installit to the 'extras' list, so
you can install them from there if you want.  The info/warning/error
messages are now printed with colors, too, because I'm lame.
