Well, if there isn't any advantage to setting the group field, nobody will
ever do it. Plus, even if group is unset in some apps, the behavior would
remain the same

I'm looking forward to this.

One thing I'd like to see, though, is instead of blinking a window for urgent
hints, highlighting it. the blinking gets quite annoying.
