xfrun slowness

The slowness has been noticed before and is mainly due to shared
libraries being swapped out of memory. Integrating into the window
manager is not a good solution. I've currently created a smaller, less
dependent xffm-run command in SVN for testing purposes. We hope to have
this problem solved by 4.4.
