Mousepad 0.2.2

Latest version of Mousepad is around, just as I promised. 0.2.2 ("Erik
is dumb and slow") is a bugfix release for 0.2.1 users.

* Removed some uneeded macros
* Actually build with GTK+ 2.2 as advertised
* Fix nasty search/replace crash some with GTK+ 2.4 experienced
