patch for xfce4-terminal

Hi Eduard,

There is only one thing missing from xfce4-terminal so that it can
preceed xterm as the default terminal for executing commands from
xfrun/xffm/xfce4-panel: the -e command line option.

Here is a patch to implement such option. It also implements the -hold
option (that works even better than the original xterm option) so that
you can run a script in the terminal and have time to look at the output
before the window closes.

Is it OK with you if I commit to CVS?
