that used to be the "other" component. you can't remove components from
bugzilla unless you reassign all bugs away from it, so i got lazy and
renamed it. actually, i originally renamed it "zz-other", but, despite
the description of "do not use this component", someone went ahead and did
anyway. so now it's "zz-do-not-use". the "zz-" so it sorts last
alphabetically. i suppose i could reassign bugs and remove it, but that
would spam a bunch of people, so... maybe i'll do it eventually by
temporarily disabling email. but i'm not sure how to do that, and i'm too
lazy to figure out how.
