Status update: port to cygwin

Hi all,

Just to let you know that I haven't given up on porting XFCE to cygwin 
yet. In fact things went pretty well, I even got all of xffm to compile 
(which would leave mixer & xfprint, adn they're not really essential IMO).

Unfortunately I have hit a snag, a bug seems to have recently crept into 
gmodule in the cygwin port of glib2. I'm mailing with the maintainer of 
that port, and he's looking into it, so I hope to have a working version 
again soon.

Anyways, I'll keep you up to date.
