xfwm4's wrap workspaces broken?

olivier,

i killed xfce-mcs-manager, edited ~/.config/mcs_settings/xfwm4.xml, 
changed the Xfwm/WrapWorkspaces setting to '1', and started 
xfce-mcs-manager, but i can't wrap around with the scroll wheel on the 
desktop, or with shortcut keys.  did i miss something?  tried restarting 
xfwm4 as well, no luck.
