wm_state not changed to iconic state if window is shaded

so at the moment it is not possible to catch shading under xfce because 
gtk do not know anything about: "NET_WM_STATE_SHADED" (if i looked on 
the gtk code deep enough) and do not emit an event (or the event will 
not reach the callback function...).

is this correct ?
