wm_state not changed to iconic state if window is shaded

hi,

i tried to catch window shade with "window_state_event" in gtk. but i do 
not get an event. it think the reason is that the wm_state is not changed:

xprop looks like this: WM_STATE(WM_STATE): window state: Normal

but it should probably look like this:
WM_STATE(WM_STATE): window state: Iconic
