guess our posts collided in mid-air - this is basically the intent of my
"needshelp" keyword.  what can i say, great minds... ^_~

i think the "trivial" severity level is appropriate for this, though it won't
work when you want to mark the severity as "enhancement".  on a side note,
one (or both) of these are probably good candidates for my "common queries"
page.

man, my email volume is a bit high today...  slow day at work, it seems ^_~.
