Compositor status

Hi all,

I've been working on the compositor intensively for past two weeks. I
had a first implementation that does... nothing (that's the one in CVS,
forget about it)

I have another implementation that shows some progress. I have drop
shadows and translucent windows. But still, it's pretty buggy and it's
missing a lot of stuff.

I realize it's not much, but I think I should give some status after two
weeks ;)
