Adding workspaces segfault..(cvs)

For some time I've been unable to increase the number of workspaces
from "Xfce 4 Workspaces Settings". I can decrease the number and
everything works, but if I increase it from it's original setting
xfce-mcs-manager crashes. After that ~/.xfce4/settings/workspaces.xml
contains inconsistent data, the number of workspaces will be changed
correctly (increased by one), but the workspace names are unchanged
which means that there is one name missing. And that means that "Xfce 4
Workspaces Settings" won't run at all anymore.

As can be seen from #4, this problem is also related to glib, since
I also run glib cvs HEAD version (and also full gnome from cvs and
some freedesktop libraries) it is quite possible that this problem only
happens because of that.
