xfwm4 URGENT hint bug

if an app sets the URGENT hint on one of its windows, xfwm4 will flash 
the window border (cool feature, btw).  but, if you try to alt+tab, and 
if you hold down alt after hitting the first tab, every time the border 
flashes, it acts as though you hit tab, while still holding alt down 
(i.e., it cycles through the windows).  fyi, to reproduce you can use 
gaim with the message notification plugin enabled, and "Set window 
manager 'URGENT' hint" enabled in the plugin's prefs.  wait for an IM to 
come in, and hit alt+tab, and then don't release alt for a while.
