some patches to get xfce4 4.1.90 to compile with FreeBSD

Hi,

libxfce4util, libxfce4mcs, libxfce4gui:

- all 3 are descending into docs/ during the compile, but I've no gtk-doc
  installed. all-local is commented out, but the target "all" redirects to
  the target "all-local"..... which is commented out... the build brackes.
* patch-docs::Makefile.in fixes that.



xfce4-fm:

- fgr/glob.c  - signal names SIG... are not defined
* patch-fgr::glob.c fixes that.

- lib/types.h - off_t undefined
* patch-libs::types.h fixes that.
