xfwm4 compile error on cygwin

when i have time i will try it out.

btw somewhere in September you said that you had some problems with compiling libxfce4util.

Cannot export R: symbol not defined  and .etc. A possible fix is changing the 'const char' in char in the files licences-texts.c (3 times) and licences-to-c.sh (1 time).

i can successfully compile libxfce4util now, but will give this some problems/errors/bugs in the future with compiling other moduls or with loading xfce ?
