Issues with multiple workspaces and some settings

Hello Guys!

Yesterday I installed the latest CVS version of XFCE and now all my old
settings are lost and if i try to change the standard-settings it works
fine. But after a restart of XFCE all my settings are away.

The same happens with my workspaces. I normally use 8 workspaces but if
i add them the aren't shown in xftaskbar's pager or somewhere else.

Can I change this behaviour or is it a bug?
