xfwm4 compile error on cygwin

Hi,
I've just committed a fix for this (I hope, I didn't actually test it).
If you're using anoncvs, you'll have to wait a while for it to propagate
I believe.
Also, I need somebody to autogen xfwm4 (mcs-plugin directory)...
