eeek... What happened here O_o
I kinda take way too much time to read the mailinglist up to this post,
sorry.

As a workaround, add that one can just copy stringlist.inc from one of
the other directories (i.e. lib/ or settings/ or panel-plugin/). It is
the same anyways.
