Ok,

you may add:

--help|-H
display the help message

--disable-compositor
Disable use the built-in compositing manager if available, doesn't do
anything otherwise.

Also, Xfce is spelled "Xfce", not "XFce" :)

Last point, quite a few options are handled either by the theme (through
the themerc file). Changing them in the xfwm4rc won't have any effect if
the theme forces its own values (ie the themerc has precedence over
xfwm4rc)
